Precision Accounting, Tax and IT, Inc has 4 ways to process payroll for our clients.  3 of those methods are performed on 3 of Intuit’s QuickBooks platforms.  The other method is a completely manual system.

The first is on the QuickBooks platform online with the client processing the payroll themselves, with entering the hours and creating checks or direct deposits for their employees.  The client can process the quarterly reports and make the tax deposits from this system also.  With very little input from our office you are basically purchasing the right to use the software, after we have setup the system for your use.

The second is also online and the client can do as much or as little in this system as they want.  We will be working side by side and can both be in the system at the same time. Again, the client can process the quarterly reports and pay the payroll taxes from within the system.  The client has the chose to process everything like in the above system.  This is where we can do part of that processing for you.  The fees for doing this is a little more depending on how much involvement we need to do.

The third is where the client calls, email or faxes the information to us and we process the checks or direct deposits for them.  We also make sure that the deposits are made for the payroll taxes from your business accounts and all reports are filed.  This is completely in our hands to do the work.

We will process all reports for the quarters and the year-end such as the W-2’s for your employees based on the method you choose.  We like the fees to be a set monthly rate so that you can have all the assistance that you need to complete your payroll needs.
